Some Helpful Info for your Oregon Wedding

To get married in oregon you need to obtain a marriage license application from any Oregon county, and you and your partner need to both appear in person to get it. Don't forget your photo ID as well.

The Oregon Marriage License fee is $60, and is valid for 60 days after a 3 day waiting period. To get married in Oregon you'll need two witnesses, but don't worry, your photographer's count!

You do not need to be an Oregon resident to marry in Oregon.
